Community starts with connecting to others around you. Connecting with others is important to Trinity and she encourages the same for her students. Her intuitive approach may lead to begin a class with a focus on alignment and an understanding of how your body moves; while other times, she may feel the need for the entire class to be restorative. Most often, Trinity begins with a slow flow of alignment, followed by a few long holds, and ending with restoration for your body and mind.
Trinity believes spending time with people and having fun in a light-hearted atmosphere is the perfect recipe for friendship.
